In the time critical blood banking industry, making sure that the operations are going on as per the SOP's is an ongoing challenge for the management.

Setting up control points in the work flow and alerting about them whenever they are triggered is the highlight of our system.

It is not the alert format or methodology which is important but identifying the control points or the actions which need to be alerted.
